HOW TO MAKE CURRY SAUCE
For two servings add 2 heaped tablespoons of powder (40g) to 200ml of cold water.
Or add 1 tub (200g) to 1 litre of cold water
Mix until blended
Bring back to boil and whisk and simmer on low heat for 10 mins.
