How to prepare
Just add 5 parts of boiling water to 1 part curry paste or 1 tub (365ml) of curry paste to 2.5 to 3 pints of boiling water.
Whisk and simmer for 3 minutes.
Chicken Curry – (serves 4)
4 medium cooked chicken fillets (diced or sliced)
250g cooked boiled rice
1 medium onion
1 tub of Sing Li Curry Paste
1. Make up tub of Singli Curry Paste as per above.
2. Add cooked chicken
3. Serve on a bed of boiled rice
